Behind the lens

It started with my father's Canon.

Long before photography became a pursuit, I watched my father use his Canon T2i to turn ordinary family moments into memories we could keep.

That idea stayed with me. Today, I bring an engineer's curiosity and an explorer's patience to every frame—chasing distant stars, wild landscapes, and the brief moments that make us stop and feel something.

I specialize in astrophotography, capturing the dusty glow of the Milky Way and the deep colors of the Orion Nebula. By day, I traverse National Parks to honor nature through landscape photography.

With a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UCLA, I now work in Computer Vision and Image Processing. Understanding image acquisition, signal processing, and visual AI allows me to push the boundaries of what a camera can capture.

As an Eagle Scout with the photography merit badge, nature is my second home. This portfolio is my window into a collection of moments where the universe stood still just long enough for the shutter to click.
